ProblemSolved is an independent public dispute tracker. Dispute reports are public: only your email is kept private, used solely to verify you own your case. In line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), descriptions are automatically screened to remove ID numbers, phone numbers, emails, and card numbers before publication. Please don't include medical aid, membership, or policy numbers yourself — we can't reliably detect and remove those automatically.
ProblemSolved is not a regulator. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the National Consumer Commission or the relevant industry ombud.
